Lycoming College Entrepreneurship Scholars

In the fall of 2018, Lycoming began offering the entrepreneurship minor as part of its curriculum. The program was designed based on the idea that a student’s entrepreneurial interests revolve around their major, and that the minor can be paired with any and every major to enhance a student’s abilities to start their own ventures or begin entrepreneurial careers within established companies in their field of interest. Our Entrepreneurship Scholars program recognizes students intending to minor in entrepreneurship who have the passion to find and create value in the world.

In addition to the student’s traditional merit scholarship, Entrepreneurship Scholars receive:

  • Up to $5,000 to be used toward a start-up or other entrepreneurial experience during the sophomore, junior, or senior year
  • Invitation to special programming and industry events
  • Enhanced faculty and career advising

Entrepreneurship Scholars Program Eligibility

Students must apply and be admitted to Lycoming College by January 15. They will then be notified of their eligibility for the Entrepreneurship Scholars Program.
