We are eager to welcome you back to Lycoming College on Saturday, June 5, 2021! In anticipation of creating a memorable and celebratory day together, we are sharing some helpful information for our time on campus.
Know Before You Go
Arrival and Parking
All campus parking lots are available for you to use, and no parking permits are needed. A campus map that includes parking lots is available online. Please do not park on Warrior Way (formerly known as College Place), as it is our main street for trucks making large deliveries and emergency vehicles.
Please check-in on the 2nd floor Pellegrino/Clapps Atrium in the Krapf Gateway Center. We will have personalized itineraries, printed campus maps, complimentary Lycoming branded face masks, and refreshments for you to enjoy.
A Note About Weather
We know that every day on Lycoming’s campus is beautiful, but please remember that all events will be held outdoors, rain or shine. We are utilizing tents and have heaters available if needed, but we also encourage you to check the weather in Williamsport on June 5, and choose attire and footwear that will be comfortable outside.
Guests who are fully vaccinated will not be expected to wear masks. Recent guidance from the CDC states that it is safe for individuals to resume most outdoor activities without wearing a mask. All outdoor activities will be set up to enable appropriate physical distancing as part of our mitigation efforts. Since we do not yet have a reliable means to collect vaccination information for campus visitors during Alumni & Reunion Weekend, we are asking that 1) all guests, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when they are inside a building unless actively eating and/or drinking, and 2) unvaccinated guests wear a mask outdoors when unable to maintain at least six feet of distance from other guests.
Restrooms will be available in the Krapf Gateway Center, Lamade Gymnasium, and Wertz Student Center.
The Streeter Campus Store will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, June 4, and Saturday, June 5, and offers a 20% discount on your in-store purchase!
Please contact the alumni office with any questions at email@example.com or 570-321-4036.
