  • Warrior Wellness

During these uncertain times, it is important to take care of ourselves by sheltering in place and social distancing, as well as being mindful, active, and creative. Remember to take time for yourself. Be gentle and kind. We hope that the information shared here will be helpful to finding your inner peace during this stressful time.

Andrea McDonough '03, Ed.D., reminds us to MOVE, MAKE, and COMMUNICATE each day! "Creatives have the ability to tolerate the ambiguity of our world, but we need to nurture our creativity and make efforts to cultivate present moment awareness in this state of unrest."
