Wine Education Web Series with Christine (Colella) Zubris '04
Join former AAEB President Christine (Colella) Zubris '04 for a Wine Education Web Series! Christine looks forward to sharing the same kind of expertise we appreciate in her sold out Alumni & Reunion Weekend wine class in a weekly web series. Enjoy learning a little wine knowledge while drinking a favorite wine or finding something new to love. If you don't drink wine, you are still welcome to attend. Classes are held via Zoom at 8 p.m. EST on Thursdays, April 23, April 30, May 7, and May 14, May 21, May 28, and June 4.
Register online here. Directions to join this online class, as well as wine selections for each week, will be sent to you via email with your registration confirmation. Please register no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday of the first week you plan to attend. You only have to register once, and you may attend any or all of the classes.

To make an Old Fashioned:
- Simple syrup to taste
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of orange bitters
- 2 oz. bourbon or rye
- Build in the glass, add large piece of ice.
