At Lycoming, students who choose to pursue a concentration in business management gain the skills and insights necessary to lead individuals, groups, and firms in the 21st century. The management concentration is achieved by completing four management-focused courses within the business track. These courses focus on the management of human resources, the analysis of big data, and innovative leadership tactics, emphasizing strategic management and the role it plays in a company.
