The information on this page is for Lycoming College students who wish to live on campus during the summer months for the purpose of May Term/Summer Classes, an Internship or Campus Employment.

Obtaining Summer Housing
All students requesting Summer Housing, must complete an online request. For information about Summer Housing dates and access to the request form, please see the End of Year, Graduation and Summer Housing Information Web page.

There is no meal plan available during the summer.
Check-In/Check-Out of Summer Housing
As during the academic year, all residents will be required to complete an RCR upon check-in and complete a proper check-out when leaving campus. Please see the End of Year, Graduation and Summer Housing Information Web page for check-in/check-out dates specific to the current year.
Summer Housing check-in (key pick up)
- M-F, 8am-12noon; 1-4:00pm - Res Life Office
- After 4:00pm M-F and Weekends - Office of Public Safety
Summer Housing check-out
- M-F, 8am-12noon; 1-4:00pm - contact the Res Life Office for an appointment.
- After 4:00pm M-F and Weekends - return key(s) and paperwork to Public Safety.
Technology, Telephone, Internet, Cable Television
Technology services for summer housing are the same as during the academic year. For specific information about services see the Office of ITS. Please note that there will be a fee for technology services.
The Office of Public Safety requires that all cars that are parked in campus lots, including the ones directly behind/beside the apartments, be registered.
Requests for (non-emergency) maintenance in an apartment/room require completion of a work request. Any emergency situation should be reported immediately to the Office of Public Safety (570) 321-4064.

All campus housing residents have access to laundry facilities on campus. Students residing on campus during May Term/ Summer will need to purchase a laundry card from the machine on the 2nd floor of Wertz Hall (adjacent to the Mail Services Office.)
Custodial staff will clean residence halls as during the academic year but they do NOT clean the apartments.
