Submit a Request with a Ticket
Use our IT Help ticketing system to start a service request. Tickets provide you with email updates on the progress of your request for help.
Submit your ticket by logging in to servicedesk.lycoming.edu. Use your Lycoming username and password to log in. A welcome message with instructions for submitting a ticket are posted on the first screen you see when you log in.
