Faculty and Staff Printing
Networked printers are located in every building on campus; for assistance to install a printer on your computer, contact the Help Desk. The default for all networked printers with duplex capabilities is black and white duplex for all pages. Individual users can select alternate settings for individual print jobs, as needed.
Printing to public multifunction printers (MFPs)
Faculty and staff have the option of sending print jobs to public MFPs on campus. To send a print job to one of these printers, select the queue lycobw on LYCOPRINT or lycocolor on LYCOPRINT. Your print job will be held for up to 24 hours, and can be retrieved by scanning your ID at the card reader on public printers.
Current locations of these printers include:
- Pennington Lounge, Academic Center
- Jack’s Corner, Wertz Student Center
- All computer labs
- Certain offices on campus
MFPs also feature scan and copy functions that are accessible with your ID. Copies made on these machines are charged at the same rates as for printing.
Print charges include the cost of paper, toner, depreciation of equipment and maintenance. The charge to your department is based upon the actual number of pages that you print. Individual offices are responsible to requisition paper and toner supplies through the Business Office, as needed.
