50^th Reunion Class Procession through the Oliver Sterling Metzler Gate

Inclement weather on graduation day kept the Class of 1975 from processing through the Oliver Sterling Metzler Gate. We’re recreating that moment for the class 50 years later! Members of the class are asked to please assemble on the sidewalk behind the gate on Washington Boulevard for a ceremonial opening and procession. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the procession from the Fultz Quad.

50^th Reunion Celebration! - Jane Schultz Room, Wertz Student Center

Members of the Class of 1975 are invited to a special celebration honoring their Golden Anniversary. Guests will enjoy dinner together, and will receive reunion medallions and certificates. Dress is business casual.

Menu: Salad with baby lettuce, pear, walnut, gorgonzola, and champagne vinaigrette; chicken with red grapes in a champagne tarragon beurre blanc sauce; garlic redskin smashed potatoes; sautéed green beans; and crème brûlée. Wine service with dinner. A vegetarian option is available upon request.

Heritage Club Reunion Dinner - Mary Lindsay Welch Honors Hall

All alumni who graduated from Lycoming more than 50 years ago are invited to the Heritage Club dinner where we will recognize the 55^th, 60^th, and 65^th reunion milestones for the Classes of 1970, 1965, and 1960. Dress is business casual, and class photos will be taken at this event. 

Menu: Garden salad; chicken provençal; rosemary roasted red potatoes; sautéed green beans; and angel food cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Wine service with dinner. A vegetarian option is available upon request.

Start the day with yoga on the beautiful Upper Quad. Lauren Pilgermayer ’05 will lead this class, which is open to everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Please bring your own mat or beach towel and plenty of water. If we experience inclement weather, this event will be held in Lamade Gymnasium.

All alumni and friends are encouraged to join us for a casual breakfast, after which the Alumni Association Executive Board (AAEB) will present the 2025 Alumni Awards. We will share a Lycoming College welcome and update, and we will recognize reunion classes.

Join local entrepreneur Tyler Spooner ’09 as he guides you through the art of candle making. He is the owner of Miles Welby Candle Co. (pronounced as a play on words for “might as well be”) located in downtown Williamsport. Create a custom scent using 100% soy wax blended with their premium, non-toxic fragrance oils. There are two offerings for this class: 1:30 and 3 p.m.

Please note: Candles will need time to cool and set, and will be available for pickup Sunday, June 1, during checkout in the Krapf Gateway Center from 8:30 to 11 a.m.
