Designed with Jathan "Jay" Innerarity, Associate Professor of Theatre, guests will enjoy a lively lunch while becoming part of an interactive whodunit crafted by one of campus’s most imaginative storytellers. Whether you’re a seasoned sleuth or simply along for the drama (and the food), this midday mystery promises suspense, laughter, and a “killer” good time. Go behind the scenes of the brewing process in this engaging beer and food pairing class led by Zack Farr ’07, Learning Specialist for Boston Beer Company, Sam Adams Pennsylvania. From grain to glass, you’ll learn how beer is crafted, how brewing choices shape flavor and aroma, and why certain styles pair so well with specific foods. We’ll enjoy guided tastings, thoughtful pairings featuring recipes from Boston Beer’s “Our American Dream Cookbook,” along with insider perspectives from a professional who has turned passion into craft. Come curious, and leave with a deeper appreciation for the art and science of brewing.

And just when you think the fun can’t get any better, grab the mic for a crowd-pleasing karaoke finale.
