Class of 2021 Senior Class Gift
The Class of 2021 is living through an unprecedented time in the history of Lycoming College and the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has required the College to rethink how we operate and how we interact as a community. One of the most visible changes around campus has been the utilization of outdoor spaces. As we worked diligently with College administrators to find a project that would complement the campus in a meaningful way — not only for current students, but for future Warriors as well — it quickly became clear that we wanted to provide a space where the campus community can gather and socialize for years to come.
We are pleased to share the 2021 Senior Class Gift is an outdoor gathering space.
Located on the northwest end of the Fultz Quad, above the Wertz Student Center and behind the Drum House, this space will include a patio with a pavilion, seating, lighting, and a wood burning firepit.
We were inspired to think deeply about what is possible and set a goal of $15,000 to fund this project. We are pleased to share we have already raised more than $3,000 toward that amount.
We encourage you to act boldly as we secure the legacy of the Class of 2021, a class committed to an even greater future at Lycoming College.
