Senior Week and Graduation Housing

    • Senior Week and Graduation Housing is for graduating seniors and graduation participants only. We cannot provide housing for guests/friends of graduates.
    • The deadline for graduates to request Senior Week or Graduation Housing via the online form is April 24th at midnight.
    • Graduation participants (Band, Choir, and Ushers) MUST also register via WebAdvisor (Late Stay Housing Form).
      • Check-in information for these graduation participants will be provided by the appropriate office/department.
      • If any band, choir member, or usher needs housing prior to their designated arrival dates, they must register via WebAdvisor.
    • All proper check-out procedures must be followed. See End of Year Closing for information on proper check-out from campus housing. See the information below for check-out dates and times.

Using the Web Advisor form 

 (see bottom of page), seniors may sign up for one of two housing options:

Senior Week & Graduation Weekend, (Overnight May 11-May 15 - no overnight on May 16th.)

  • Students who plan to stay any time between finals and graduation (even if they're leaving for a day or two), should select this option on the registration form.
  • Students who are staying on campus the entire week will not need to formally check out of their room* until Saturday, May 15th, or Sunday, May 16th.
  • Check-out for all participants is Saturday, May 15th, 11:00 am-12:30 pm or 4-6:00 pm, and Sunday, May 16th, 9-11:00 am in front of Rich Hall, on Warrior Way.
  • All proper check-out procedures must be followed. See End of Year Closing for information on proper check-out from campus housing.

Graduation Weekend (Only), May 14-16 (Overnight May 14th and 15th)

  • Students who plan to check out of their campus housing and leave campus after their last final and return for Graduation only should select this option on the registration form. They will be checking out of your current space after finals and checking into a new room (not their previous space) if this option is chosen.
  • Room assignments will be made in the order that requests are received and will be communicated at the time of check-in. Every attempt will be made to honor roommate preferences.
    • Students who currently live on campus will stay in their rooms unless they have completed their check-out (returned your keys). Room assignments are for students who don't currently live on campus but wish to during Senior Week. 
  • Graduation Check-in (Weekend Stay) for seniors only is Friday, May 14th, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon - Lamade Gymnasium.
    • Late arrivals may pick up keys in the Public Safety office. 
  • Graduation Check-out for all participants is Saturday, May 15th, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Sunday, May 16th, 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in front of Rich Hall, Warrior Way.
    • Check-outs can also be done at the Public Safety office at any time. 
    • Students who neglect to return a key must mail it to the Residential Life Office (overnight or express in a padded envelope) for receipt by May 20th in order to avoid a charge against their contingency deposits. 
  • All proper check-out procedures must be followed. See End of Year Closing for information on proper check-out from campus housing.

GRADUATION HOUSING REQUEST FORM

You may find the Graduation Housing Request form by logging into myLyco and then going to WebAdvisor. In your WebAdvisor options, go to the"Residential Life" section and look for "Housing Requests". You can then select "Graduation Housing" in the "Housing Type" drop-down.

The deadline to request Graduation Week Housing via the online form is April 24th at 12:00 midnight.
