Academic Standards Committee (ASC) Appeals

Students and advisors should work together to complete the ASC appeal form. Students should email the completed appeal form to and include their academic advisor, the appropriate department chairperson(s), and the appropriate course instructor(s) on the “CC” line of the email. Faculty should “reply all” to indicate if they do or do not concur with the request, as well as to provide a supporting rationale, if applicable.

The committee meets on a monthly basis (see schedule below), and students will receive an email notification with the committee’s decision within 2-3 business days after the meeting.
