Service Organizations

Circle K International

Developing College students into a global network of responsible citizens and leaders with a lifelong commitment to service. Circle K is an extension of Kiwanis International and Key Club.

Habitat for Humanity

Throughout the year, the Lycoming College chapter partners with the local Williamsport chapter of Habitat for Humanity to help with the Restore, and local builds. They also work to plan an annual Alternative Spring Break trip somewhere new each year across the country. This unique one-week volunteer experience educates students about substandard living conditions and how affordable housing builds strength, stability and self-reliance for homeowners. No experience necessary!

Lyco AFSP

The Lycoming College chapter of the America Foundation for Suicide Prevention works with the national organization to create educational opportunities, advocacy, and support for those who struggle with mental health concerns. They work to empower and educate about resources, help, and hope.

Lycoming Change Agents

Established for the sole purpose of bettering the community, Lycoming Change Agents act as a liaison between Lycoming’s global partners in the Dominican Republic and the student body at Lycoming College. The work to provide community service opportunities and conduct fundraisers to aid students in trips to the Dominican Republic to further serve the global community. Additionally, the organization volunteers locally to prepare for international service and bond as a group.

UNICEF

Students participate in this grassroots movement rooted in the belief that everyone has a vital role to play as a voice for children everywhere. Lycoming’s UNICEF club partners with UNICEF USA to activate our local community by advocating, building community, fundraising, and speaking out for UNICEF's child survival work in over 190 countries.
