Lycoming College will welcome Jeremy Reichle '03, senior vice president and senior relationship manager at Bank of America, for a lecture titled “Banking on Relationships: Life Lessons in Finance, from Lycoming College to Bank of America.” The talk is part of the James W. Harding Executive Speaker Series and is sponsored by the College's Institute for Management Studies. The event will take place on Oct. 29, at 7 p.m., in Trogner Presentation Room, Krapf Gateway Center.
Reichle, who holds a bachelor’s degree in management and finance from Lycoming College, will discuss how his Lycoming education allowed him to build a foundation for a successful career in the banking industry. He also holds a master’s degree in finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
As a CFA Charterholder, Reichle has spent his career in middle market and corporate banking across the Mid-Atlantic region. As part of the Bank of America Global Commercial Banking team, he takes a consultative approach with every client, building solutions in a dynamic, competitive landscape while working toward mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
Outside the bank, Reichle mentors high school juniors and seniors through The Foundation for Free Enterprise Education, guiding them as they manage mock businesses, proof that his commitment to teaching others extends well beyond the office.
“Students who attend Jeremy's lecture will walk away with more than career advice, they'll see firsthand how the relationships and skills they build at Lycoming can shape a lasting career in finance,” said Lauri Kremer, associate professor of accounting at Lycoming College.
The James W. Harding Executive Speaker Series is named for James W. Harding, a 1938 Lycoming College graduate and executive with Kemper Insurance. A grant from the James S. Kemper Foundation endowed the series, giving students the chance to meet and network with some of the country's top business executives from internationally recognized companies and firms. Through this series, Lycoming students don't just learn about the business world. They meet the people shaping it.
