Lara graduated from Lycoming College in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in history. Prior to returning to Lycoming, Lara worked in event management at the historic Community Arts Center (formerly the Capitol Theater) in Williamsport. She returned to campus in 2015 to manage the College Archives in Snowden Library. Before transitioning into her current role, Lara served the College as the associate director of annual giving. She lives in Loyalsock with her family and their rescue dog, Indiana Bones.

Susan graduated from Lycoming College in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in economics. Prior to returning to Lycoming, Susan worked in retail management for 22 years at American Eagle Outfitters. She returned to campus in 2021 as the annual giving officer and currently serves as the associate director of annual giving, focusing on reunion giving, parent giving, and director of the Warriorthon calling program. She lives near her family and friends in Muncy.

Beer & Pretzel Tent 2025

Fultz Quadrangle
Make plans to attend your first EXCLUSIVE senior class event at Homecoming & Inauguration Weekend 2025!
Gather with fellow seniors and Lyco Alumni for snacks and fill your glass with beverages brewed by talented Lycoming alumni, including Bald Birds Brewing, Yuengling, and Tröegs beers. This annual Homecoming event is open to all eligible seniors (Class of 2026) who are age 21 or older and in good academic standing.
Registration is $20 per senior and includes snacks, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages for three hours.
Seniors MUST register in-person at the Campus Life area (3rd Floor Wertz), from Wednesday, September 3, between 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Registration closes on Friday, September 26, 2025, at noon. We cannot accept late or walk-in registrations for seniors.

Commencement 2026
Lycoming College’s 178th Commencement ceremony, celebrating the Class of 2026, will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026. In a time-honored tradition, graduating students will pass through the Oliver Sterling Metzler Gate — the only time that students are permitted to walk through the gate — as they process toward Commencement exercises on the Fultz Quadrangle.
We strongly encourage you to book your accommodations early, as they are expected to sell out due to other regional events May 8-10.
For those unable to attend the ceremony in person, we look forward to offering access to the celebration virtually.
