“Legally Blonde The Musical” is written by Heather Hach with music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin. It tells the story of Elle Woods, who transforms from underestimated “sorority girl” to accomplished lawyer, proving her worth lies beyond appearances.

Directed by Biliana Stoytcheva-Horissian, professor of theatre and chair of the department, this Lycoming College production will be the first musical to feature a live eight-piece orchestra with a conductor since “Urinetown” in 2018. “Legally Blonde The Musical" will showcase the College’s powerhouse theatre department, all while telling a heart touching and powerful story.
