The Lycoming College Community Orchestra (LCCO) invites Williamsport and the surrounding communities to its annual fall concert, slated for Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2018 at 7:30p.m. in Lycoming College’s Clarke Chapel.

This fall’s LCCO concert will entertain guests with works that include Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 6,” as well as Franz von Suppe’s “Poet and Peasant Overture,” both of which are beloved classical works.  The orchestra will also present the world premiere of Ryan Beard’s lovely setting of “Lo, How a Rose e’er Blooming” which was commissioned by the LCCO.

Comprised of students, faculty, and professional musicians in the area, the LCCO is enjoying its sixth year of music making. The orchestra is under the direction of Dr. William Ciabattari, Ph.D., associate professor of music and department chair at Lycoming College.
