Adjunct Faculty
Dr. PageCarol Woods has a B.S. in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University, an M.A. in Strategic Communication from Liberty University, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University. Woods has been an adjunct faculty member with the Communication and Media Studies department for the past two years. Previously, she was the Assistant Dean for Student Success at Lycoming College.
Before coming to Williamsport, PA with her husband and two sons, Woods taught Public Speaking and served in TRiO and Athletics at Grays Harbor College in Aberdeen, WA. Before Washington, she taught Public Speaking, Public Relations, and Professional Communication while also serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.
Dr. Woods has been teaching in higher education for almost two decades and believes in the importance of human communication. She created two Life Skills programs at previous institutions called Dr. PCWoods’ Fireside Chats and she is the co-owner of a consulting firm called D.O.T.S.: Developing Others Through Service.
