Retention Strategy Support Specialist
Lynn Frey is an experienced higher-education and human-services professional with a strong background in student success, admissions strategy, and program coordination. She brings expertise in CRM data management, grant oversight, and cross-agency collaboration, along with a deep commitment to strengths-based student support. Before joining Lycoming College, Lynn held multiple roles in enrollment management at Pennsylvania College of Technology and later led the state funded Education Leading to Career Training program at BLaST IU 17.
Lynn holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and a Strengths-Based Family Worker credential from Temple University. She actively serves on several Lycoming County community boards and is passionate about giving back to the community that has supported her. A proud Philadelphia sports fan, she tries to bring the same energy, authenticity, and dedication to every aspect of her work with students.
