Bonnie Hall holds a Master of Music in vocal performance from West Texas A&M University School of Music, and a Bachelor of Musical Theater composite degree in theater, music and dance from Weber State University. Among her mentors are Jim Christian and Catherine Zublin, Weber State University and Utah Musical Theater; and Robert Hansen, President of the National Opera Association and Director of the School of Music, West Texas A&M.

From a young age, Hall dabbled in the arts, directing and costuming her first productions from her backyard with anyone that would stop by and play. Her love of theater and costuming grew as she performed and costumed throughout high school, with City Repertoire Theatre and during college. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity of “living in the best of both worlds;” behind the scenes and on the stage. Her mantra is life is: “I love to create beautiful costumes and, even better, wear them.” Among the shows she has designed are “Shrek the Musical,” “Newsies,” “Dancing and Lughnasa,” “Reality,” and “The Late Christopher Bean.” Among the roles she has performed are Mary Poppins, “Mary Poppins;” Lady Thiang, “The King and I;” Mrs. Gloop, “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory;” Bloody Mary, “South Pacific;” Lois Lane, “Kiss Me Kate;” Betty Logan, “Heaven Can Wait;” Bonnie, “Anything Goes.” Along with her theater work she has performed numerous vocal recitals featuring works from all genres of music.

Hall teaches at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa., and previously at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and Homestead High School in Homestead, Fla. When not designing, sewing, acting, or dancing, Hall can be found in the woods, hiking, kayaking, and camping with her family.
