Faculty/Staff Dining Options

Faculty and Staff have the option of purchasing 25 meals for $133.90 and having the value stored on their College ID card. This meal plan can be used for any meal period during operating hours at The Gateway Café, Café 1812 or Wertz Dining Hall. In Café 1812 and The Gateway Café, a cash value of $4.85 for breakfast or $6.50 for lunch may be utilized as well. Unused meals will roll over from semester to semester. There is no cash refund once a faculty/staff meal plan has been purchased. You may pay with cash or check at the cashier window in Long Hall, or for your convenience, select the link below to pay online.

Purchase Faculty/Staff Meal Plan

Faculty and staff may also may use their ID cards to make food purchases at any of the campus dining facilities through a declining balance system (Flex Dollars). With this system, payments are made to establish a balance on the ID card and each time the card is used, the dollar value of the items purchased is deducted from the value stored on the card. You may pay with cash or check at the cashier window in Long Hall, or for your convenience, select the link below to pay online.

NEW: Warrior Bucks — Funds loaded onto your Lycoming college ID to be used at various off campus establishments (e.g., Sweetspire Coffee and Bakery).

Faculty and staff may purchase any or all of these payment options which are stored in separate electronic purses on the chip embedded in the ID card. The balances of the payment options are tracked separately.
