Dear Fellow Alumni and Friends,

Together we launched Lycoming's most ambitious comprehensive campaign in its history: The Campaign for a Greater Lycoming. This campaign has harnessed our collective desire to ensure that Lycoming College's tomorrow is better than its today. We have invested in over $20 million in new endowed scholarships; we have constructed 45,000+ square feet of state-of-the-art physical spaces for learning and innovation; we have launched new academic programs in astrophysics, biochemistry, energy studies, entrepreneurship, and neuroscience; and we have attracted and enrolled the most diverse and talented student body in our history. These are indeed times to be profoundly proud of what has been accomplished, but also equally committed to what remains to be done.

On June 30, 2019, we will mark the end of this historic campaign. As we come closer to that date, Lycoming will have its first ever Day of Giving on Wednesday, April 24, when you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your true Warrior spirit. We will reach far and wide to encourage our friends, classmates, teammates, castmates, and choir and bandmates to give back and make this ordinary Wednesday extraordinary. It's a day in which we get to demonstrate our belief in a Lycoming education by giving back to make Lycoming even Greater. Let's all agree to step up on April 24!

And now for the celebration…mark your calendar for Saturday, October 5, during Homecoming & Family Weekend for our Campaign for a Greater Lycoming Celebration. We will come together to revel in all that has been accomplished and share in an evening that will elevate what we thought possible for Lycoming College. See you there!

Thank you for all you have already done. Thank you for what you will continue to do. You make Lycoming College Greater.

In gratitude,

Chip Edmonds '98
Executive Vice President
