To assist young alumni in attending Alumni & Reunion Weekend, we are proud to offer GOLD (graduate of the last decade) pricing for many of our events. On campus housing available for all alumni. Rooms at local hotels are also available.

The Lycoming College AAEB (alumni association executive board) endeavors to promote the mission and vision of the college to be recognized nationally among the best liberal arts academic institutions. The 32-member board is comprised of alumni from across the decades, and works to support alumni and students, current and future, by developing relationships and opportunities for personal and professional growth, philanthropic spirit, passion for service, and excellence in developing the overall foundation of the college community.

Golf Tournament - Williamsport Country Club, 800 Country Club Drive

Enjoy the Williamsport Country Club’s beautiful course with alumni and friends. The driving range and clubhouse are also open to guests. Lunch, on-course beverages and post-play hors d’oeuvres are provided. A collared shirt is required. Cargo shorts and denim are not permitted. This tournament is a scramble.

$110 per non-member, $70 per member

All alumni and friends are encouraged to check in, enjoy a snack and pick up a nametag and schedule of events. Those staying on-campus may pick up room keys.

*If you are staying on campus and arrive after 9 p.m. please check-in with the Office of Safety & Security on the garden level of Rich Hall

The cost to stay on campus is $75 per person, $60 per GOLD (graduate of the last decade).

50th Reunion Campus Tour- Tour leaves from Burchfield Lounge, Wertz Student Center

Members of the Class of 1968 are invited to take a special reunion tour of the Lycoming College Campus.

50th Reunion Dinner and Medallion Presentation- Jane Schultz Room, Wertz Student Center

Members of the Class of 1968 and a guest are invited to a special dinner honoring their Golden Anniversary. President Kent Trachte will present reunion medallions and certificates to the class. Dress is business casual.

This event is complimentary for members of the Class of 1968 and a guest.

Menu: Spinach and Berry Salad, a Dual Entrée of Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast & Petite Filet with a Fontina Cream Sauce, Grilled Seasoned Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and a Classic Crème Brûlée. Wine service with dinner.

Heritage Club Reunion Dinner Mary Lindsay Welch Honors Hall

The Heritage Club dinner honors alumni who have celebrated more than 50 years since graduation from Lycoming College. Dress is business casual.

Menu: Spinach and Berry salad, a Dual Entrée of Pan-Seared Salmon and Champagne Chicken, Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Peach Trifle. Wine service with dinner.

Meet at Penny's Plaza (in front of Pennington Lounge) to walk downtown with the group.

View neo-classical sculptures and stained glass by Lamb and Tiffany with Amy Golahny, Ph.D., professor of art history, as she leads a walking tour of art treasures in the nearby James V. Brown Library and Christ Episcopal Church.

Planetarium Shows - Detwiler Planetarium, Lynn Science Center

See the stars and learn more about the universe during a show in Lycoming’s state-of-the-art planetarium. Experience the facility that has expanded opportunities for all students on Lycoming’s campus, as well as the Williamsport and Lycoming County communities.

Warrior Club Advisory Council Meeting - Mary Lindsay Welch Honors Hall

The Warrior Club Advisory Council members serve to enhance Lycoming’s athletic programs by engaging with alumni, parents and fans to maximize the financial support and affinity for Lycoming athletics, while advising the College on strategic athletic initiatives.

Food Truck Festival at Pennington - Penny’s Plaza (in front of Pennington Lounge)

Relax in the sun on Penny’s Plaza while enjoying a picnic lunch, beverages, lawn games and the company of friends. 

Food trucks accept cash only. An ATM is located on the 2nd floor of the Wertz Student Center near registration.

ACFSL (alumni council for fraternity and sorority life) Meeting - McKenney Board Room, Long Hall

The ACFSL (alumni council for fraternity and sorority life) serves in an advisory role to support and maintain the mission of Lycoming College through the enhancement of fraternity and sorority activity. Members impact active organizations, encourage alumni engagement, and support the quality and character of fraternities and sororities at Lycoming College for students and alumni.

Alumni Game: "Hollywood Squares" - Jane Schultz Room, Wertz Student Center

The Alumni Association Executive Board (AAEB) invites you to take part in their rendition of "Hollywood Squares". Lycoming celebrities (beloved members of the faculty and staff) will answer questions as our contestants try for the tic-tac-toe win. Be a contestant or cheer on fellow alumni as part of the studio audience. Snacks and laughs are provided.

Alumni Class: Wine and Design - Fultz Quadrangle (rain location: Pennington Lounge)

Spend the afternoon creating a painting of the Landmark Long Hall building in a unique setting. Canvas, paint, materials and step-by-step instruction provided. BYOB. *Please consider that there is paint involved when choosing your outfit for this event.

Make plans to be at the signature Alumni & Reunion Weekend event! Enjoy dinner and drinks with the live band The Jetset, featuring Tyson Buttorff '11, Joe Marchese '12, and Bill Mauro '11. Then turn your attention to DJ Tonez, Michael Tonart '12, who will spin tunes that will inspire you to be a star on the dance floor!

The time has come to say farewell to your room in the residence hall and turn in your room keys and lanyards. All guests must check out by 11 a.m.

On-Campus Housing is Available!
Live on campus for the weekend in a “single” or pair up with some of your friends to recreate the roommate experience. On-campus housing is available in the newly remodeled Crever Hall and The Douthat Commons. The cost is $75 per person, $60 per GOLD (graduate of the last decade).

On-campus housing is economical, fun and functional, but it offers minimal amenities. Bed linens (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcase), a thermal blanket, bath towel, hand towel and washcloth are provided. You must bring your pillow.

Lamps, nightlights and clothes hangers are not furnished; if you need them, please bring them with you. Beds are extra-long twin size. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We would never room you with a stranger. Please note that checkout time is 11 a.m. on Sunday. All rooms must be vacated by this time, and keys must be returned to Burchfield Lounge before you leave campus.
