LYCOMING WOMEN’S TENNIS FALLS AT ELIZABETHTOWN

ELIZABETHTOWN, PA – The Lycoming College women’s tennis team traveled to Elizabethtown College, Friday afternoon, for a non-conference match. The Warriors won just one doubles match as they fell to the Blue Jays 8-1. Lycoming is now 4-5 overall this season.

Heidi von Schwedler (Sr./Tannersville, Pa.; Pocono Mountain) and Josemar Castillo (So./Maracaibo, Venezuela; Claret and Muncy) accounted for the Warriors’ lone point, winning at first doubles by a score of 8-4.

Lycoming will wrap up their regular season schedule on Saturday afternoon when they host Messiah College.
