About WRLC 91.7FM

WRLC broadcasts from studios and offices in the Communications building on the Lycoming College campus. We broadcast 768 watts at 91.7MhZ. The staff consists of student announcers Monday through Saturday, and some from the community on Sundays. Our station can be heard within an approximate 15 mile radius, or click our online streaming link to listen from anywhere! WRLC operates during the academic school year, with limited operation during holiday and summer breaks.
During the hours Lycoming students are not on the air, listeners can enjoy the World Radio Network and classical music, which are broadcasted from an installed satellite system. WRLC is composed of student announcers from all academic backgrounds with a variety of interests. We pride ourselves on programming that is both unique and diverse. A wide variety of music is played: rock, alternative, R&B, country and much more.

Join us!

It's easy to get involved. You don't need to be a communications major to be apart of the WRLC staff, nor do you need any experience. Training sessions are provided once a semester for newcomers, though we recommend using your own music collection.
