WARRIOR FOOTBALL ANNOUNCES 2005 RECRUITING CLASS

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Lycoming College football program recently completed its recruiting efforts for the 2005 season.

A trio of local players highlight the class. Joe Nicklaus and Tyler Spooner both join the Warrior program after playing at South Williamsport High School; and Nathan Schrack comes to Lycoming from Central Mountain High School.

“I’m always pleased when we can keep some of the local talent in the area,” said Lycoming head coach Frank Girardi. “Overall we are very happy with our recruiting class for the upcoming season. It is a smaller class than a year ago, but one we feel has the talent to help the team during the 2005 season, as well as in the future. The coaching staff is excited to see how they perform and progress once camp starts.”
