Music scholarships are available for both majors and non-majors. These are awarded in amounts up to $3000 and are renewable each year. These are awarded on the basis of auditions heard by the music faculty. Auditions are required of music majors and are suggested for non-majors.
Interested applicants should contact the Admissions Office to schedule an audition. Applicants should prepare musical selections that will demonstrate their technical and musical achievement.
Two selections in contrasting styles. Performing from memory is strongly urged. A pianist will be available.

If they feel they have achieved proficiency in a secondary performance area, applicants are encouraged to include this in their audition. Please specify this when scheduling the audition.
The Chamber Choir, Brass Quintet and Woodwind Quintet, are comprised of Presidential Fellowship recipients. Each member receives an annually renewable $500 tuition remission. Students of any major may audition to qualify for this award.
