Automated Billing & Payment Processing
What is automated billing and payment processing?
Automatic billing and payment processing is an electronic system for all students to view their bills, print their bills and make payments online. Through the automated system, an email will be sent to each student's official Lycoming College email address and any authorized payers email address every time a new statement is ready.
Will a paper statement be mailed to my home address on file?
Lycoming College no longer mails paper statements to the student’s home address on file. A student and their authorized payer(s) can access the statements online. Students can access their online statements by logging into WebAdvisor. Authorized payers can access their online statements by going to the following link below and entering their login name and password.

Why did Lycoming College transition to automated billing and payment processing?
The College decided to move to automated billing and payment processing for several reasons, among them time and money savings. The QuikPAY service is available worldwide, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are no checks, envelopes or stamps needed to make a payment. Additional benefits include viewable billing and payment history as well as convenient access for authorized payers whom the students set up.
Are the Lycoming College online bills accessible to visually impaired students?
The Lycoming College electronic bill is ADA (American Disability Act) compliant and is accessible to students with disabilities.
How can I make an online payment?
Make Payment is an optional feature of QuikPAY. Checking and savings account information from a bank within the United States can be entered at the QuikPAY website and payments will be transferred electronically to Lycoming College. You will have the option to have the site retain your bank account information or you may enter it each time you make an online payment.
Authorized payers will only be able to view their own payment and bank information. Each authorized payer is assigned a separate password for added security and privacy.
Can I pay my eBill with a credit card?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are only accepted for tuition and fees paid over the web. When a credit card is used to make a payment, the service provided will assess a service fee of 2.75% in addition to the tuition and fees.
E-checks are available without a service fee. Similar to a debit card, e-check electronically debits a checking or savings account.
Students can log into WebAdvisor to make a payment.
Authorized payers, who have been set up in QuikPAY by their student, can go to the following link to login and make a payment.
