What is online billing and payment processing?

Online billing and payment processing is an electronic system for all students to view their bills, print their bills and make payments online. Through the online system, an email will be sent to each student's official Lycoming College email address and any authorized parties email address every time a new statement is ready.

Will a paper statement be mailed to my home address on file?

Lycoming College does not mail paper statements. A student and their authorized parties can access the statements online. 

Students can access their online statements by logging into the Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise website via LycoAdvisor Self-Service>>Select the Building on the left (Financial Information)>>Select Student Finance>>Select Manage Your Student Account.  Authorized parties can access their online statements by going to the Business Office website and selecting Manage My Student's Account under Related Pages or going to the link below and entering their login name and password.

What company has Lycoming College partnered with to provide this service?

Lycoming College partnered with Nelnet Business Solution's to use Enterprise, a hosted automatic billing and payment processing service. Our contract with them ensures that the processes are compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) Act.

Is Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise website secure?

Lycoming College believes that security is a very important factor in providing EBilling and EPayment services. The technical architecture/security of the Nelnet Business Solutions service uses intrusion detection and firewall systems to protect the network.

Are the Lycoming College online bills accessible to visually impaired students?

The Lycoming College electronic bill is ADA (American Disability Act) compliant and is accessible to students with disabilities.

How can I make an online payment?

Checking and savings account information from a bank within the United States can be entered at Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise System website and payments will be transferred electronically to Lycoming College. You will have the option to have the site retain your bank account information or you may enter it each time you make an online payment.

Authorized parties will only be able to view their own payment and bank information. Each authorized party is assigned a separate password for added security and privacy.

Can I pay my EBill with a credit card?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are only accepted for tuition and fees paid over the internet. The Lycoming College Business Office will not process credit card payments at the College on behalf of the payee. When a credit card is used to make a payment, the service provided will assess a service fee in addition to the tuition and fees.

E-checks are available without a service fee. Similar to a debit card, e-check electronically debits a checking or savings account.

Students can log into Lyco Advisor Self-Service to make a payment.

Authorized payers, who have been set up in Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise System by their student, can go to the following link to login and make a payment.

I do not feel comfortable paying my bill online. What other payment methods are available?

Paying electronically is the preferred bill payment method but it is optional. You may send payments by mail or pay in person via check or cash in Long Hall at Lycoming College. To send a check or money order through the mail, please print the remittance form from the online system and mail it with the payment (payable to Lycoming College) to:

Do I need a certain type of computer, software or web browser to use Enterprise?

You can use Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise System from any Macintosh or PC running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer, or Netscape Navigator 6.0 or newer.

I have no bank account. How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill by either paying via credit card (via Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise System) or by printing the remittance form and include the form with a money order (payable to Lycoming College with your Student ID number printed clearly on the front of the money order) to our payment processing center at:

You may also pay your bill by cash, cashiers check or money order in person at the cashier window in Long Hall.

Do you accept payments from foreign bank accounts?

Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise system cannot accept payments from foreign bank accounts. If you cannot pay your bill through a bank account in the United States, we recommend wiring the payment.

How do I wire funds to Lycoming College?

Lycoming College has partnered with Flywire to collect international payments. This is our preferred method of payment for all international students.  Flywire provides you with an easy and secure method of sending payments to the school and other benefits including:

How do students log in and view their bill?

Students will receive a monthly email notification with the subject line "Lycoming College Statement Available". Students will log into the Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise website via LycoAdvisor Self-Service>>Select the Building on the left (Financial Information)>>Select Student Finance>>Select Manage Your Student Account. Upon login, students can view the bill, set up and store bank account information, pay the bill electronically, and print paper copies.

How can my parents/authorized parties log in and view the bill?

Parents and other authorized parties may have the ability to view the bill as an authorized parties. Students must set up authorized parties in Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise system. Students will log into the Nelnet Business Solutions' Enterprise website via LycoAdvisor Self-Service>>Select the Building on the left (Financial Information)>>Select Student Finance>>Select Manage Your Student Account. Once on the landing page in the Enterprise system, select Add an Authorized party and follow the instructions.

Authorized parties will receive an email from Nelnet Business Solutions with a link inviting them to set up the account. Each billing cycle, both the student and authorized parties will receive an email notifying them that an eBill is available for viewing. Students and Authorized Parties receive a link in their email that takes them to the login page.

How can my parents/authorized parties pay the bill?

Once the authorized parties is established they can make payments by selecting "Make Payment" on the Enterprise website. Credit card, checking and savings account information from a bank within the United States can be entered at the website and payments will be transferred electronically to Lycoming College. You will have the option to have the site retain your bank account information or you may enter it each time you make an online payment. Authorized Parties can also go to Manage Your Student's Account on Lycoming College's Business Office web page to make a payment.

In the interest of security and privacy, each authorized party is assigned a separate login and password to access their account and payment history. Students cannot view nor do they have access to payee information.

Authorized parties can print the remittance form and send a check or money order through the mail to our payment processing center (payable to Lycoming College with the student’s Lycoming College ID printed clearly on the front of the check) to:
