Requests

We accept requests made on OCLC, ALA forms, and fax.

Delivery Methods

We ship via IDS within Pennsylvania. Our IDS number is 147. All other packages are sent via UPS. Photocopies are sent via Odessey®, OCLC Article Exchange, fax, or U.S. mail.

Fees

  • Books: $15
  • Photocopies: $15
  • Lost/damaged books: $75

Billing

We participate in IFM. Otherwise, an invoice is sent with the material.

  • Books from the general collection
  • Photocopies of journal articles
  • Photocopies of book chapters

Items Not Available for Loan

  • Reference materials
  • Reserve materials
  • Historical Collection materials
  • Archives Collection materials
  • Entire issues/volumes of journals
  • Microforms

Loan Period

Our loan period is 28 days, with an additional 28 days upon a successful renewal.
