Hallmark is the visiting clinical instructor and director of the energy and sustainability minor in the Honors College at the University of Houston

Hallmark discussed how oil companies approach analyzing and managing risks posed by terrorists and dictators, among other threats, around the world during a presentation titled, “Guerillas, Terrorists and Dictators: Above Ground Risks and Threats to Oil Company Assets.”
