Student Printing To Campus Printers

HP Multifunction Printers (MFP) are placed in:
- Computer Labs: Academic Center B201, B301, Lynn 57, Wertz, AC 2nd Floor Lounge, Theatre, Pennington Lounge, and Snowden Library (1st Floor)
Dollar quota is $50/semester (1000 pages), $100/year. Any remaining quota carries into the next semester (Fall to Spring). Balances are reset on July 1 of each year.
The default print queue on lab computers will be black and white
B/W printing/copying is $.05
B/W duplex printing/copying (both sides of paper) is $.10
Color printing/copying is $.12
Color duplex printing/copying (both sides of paper) is $.24
Photocopying is available at all MFP locations using your Lycoming ID
- MFP photocopying is combined with student print quota
MFP scanning is available with sheet feeders, supporting the campus sustainability initiatives. All students will be able to email scans to their Lycoming College email account
Students can print from their personal computer in the residence hall to any MFP location at any time. Print jobs are released at the MFP location with their Lycoming ID
Students can track account status and view print jobs. Web link shows amount of credit left and every print job for the semester
Windows and Apple/Mac web printing is supported
