The Lycoming College Community Orchestra (LCCO) will present their fall concert on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport, and is free and open to the public.
This year’s program will include Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s “The Sea Hawk” and Modest Mussorgsky’s “Night on Bald Mountain.” The orchestra will also perform selections from “West Side Story” and themes from “Harry Potter.”
Comprised of students, faculty, and professional musicians in the area, the LCCO is enjoying its seventh year of music making. The orchestra is under the direction of William Ciabattari, Ph.D., associate professor of music and department chair at Lycoming College.
