Cancelled: Popular color-theory course now available to the public

This course has been cancelled for this semester. Check our "openLycoming" website for future classes.

Local artist and professor emeritus Roger Shipley will offer “Introduction and Analysis of Color Theory,” as part of the openLYCOMING community seminar program launched earlier this year to expand and enrich the lives of community members.

The class, made famous on Lycoming’s campus for preparing students to maximize life in full color, appeals to those who have an interest in art, design, interior decorating, or someone seeking to create, match and identify which colors look best together.

Professor Shipley will host the class every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m. for four weeks starting April 11 in the Fine Arts Building on the Lycoming College campus. The cost is $300 and includes all instruction and supplies.
