French Language Assistant
Léandre Larouche was born and raised in La Baie, Québec, a small town in the Canadian countryside. He is an alumnus of Concordia University in Montreal, where he earned a degree in English literature and professional writing cum laude in 2019. He has also studied at The University of Nottingham, England, as an exchange student. Before becoming a Fulbright French language assistant, Léandre worked as a writing assistant at Concordia University’s Writing Assistance Centre for three years, which spurred a desire for a teaching career. He is interested in languages, philosophy, and politics, and spends most of his free time reading and writing.
