Sending and Receiving Packages

Sending Packages:

Anyone sending packages via UPS or FedEx must present the package to be weighed and processed at Mail Services. Mail Services staff will provide a cost of shipping and handling which will be paid at the Bookstore registers. Student or departmental packages to be sent out must be presented to Mail Services no later than 2 p.m. to ensure same-day pickup.

Receiving Package Deliveries:

If a student package has arrived, the student is notified via email that their package is available for pickup at Mail Services. Package pickup times are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Student I.D. is required for package pickup. NOTE: If the student has received an email from a vendor notifying them a package has been delivered, but the student has NOT received an email form the College verifying delivery, the package is NOT in the possession of Mail Services. NOTE: Any package small enough to fit within the student’s mailbox will be placed there. Please check mailboxes before arriving at Mail Services. The student will NOT receive email delivery confirmation for any item placed inside a mailbox, regardless of type (i.e. lettered mail or small packages.)
