Sending and Receiving Mail

Sending Mail:

Campus mail should be dropped off to Mail Services within the Streeter Campus Hub (located on the second floor of the Wertz Student Center) and not deposited in a U.S. mailbox. Multiple letters must be in box number order. Outgoing mail must be delivered to Mail Services by 2 p.m. in order to be postmarked and picked up the same day.

Receiving Mail:

Incoming USPS mail is picked up at the Reach Road, Williamsport post office prior to 8 am Monday-Friday. Mail is not received on Saturdays, postal service holidays, and at other times when the college is closed. NOTE: If tracking on a USPS envelope or package reads “Delivered” after 8 a.m., the package was delivered to the post office and will be picked up the following business day. A USPS notification of “Delivered” does not necessarily mean that Mail Services is in possession of the envelope or package.

Courier delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliver packages to campus any time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Mail received in the morning delivery or previous day’s afternoon delivery will be placed in student mailboxes by 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
