Lycoming College Campus Manager
In an effort to enhance student access to the Lycoming College network and to protect the academic mission of the college, ITS has deployed a network appliance to protect the campus data network called Campus Manager. Campus Manager includes tools to configure, monitor and manage our network. If a student computer does not meet the required components of the Campus Manager check, the student computer will not be able to connect to Resnet or the internet.
All student computers must be running Windows 8.1 or 10 for PCs or MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher for Macs.
All students must register any device being placed on the college network. Please register your device in your own name so ITS can help you if your connection is deactivated due to suspected virus infection. You must login in with your username and password.
Infected Computers Blocked
To protect the network, a computer with suspected virus infections that are potentially harmful to other computers will be blocked from accessing the network until it is clean.
Un-patched Systems Blocked
To protect the network, all Windows systems will need to have all critical updates installed. A computer that is not fully patched will be blocked from the network until it meets campus requirements.
