Lycoming College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in management to teach undergraduate courses starting in the fall of 2014. Teaching responsibilities include: management/organizational behavior and depending on the interest, the faculty member may teach human resource management, international management, strategic management or other management-related topics.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or related field preferred but ABD with clear understanding that completion will be accomplished within one year will be considered. Applicants with college teaching experience strongly preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, advising and service to the campus community to receive tenure. Candidates must demonstrate an interest in teaching in a liberal arts environment.
