Dr. G.W. Hawkes, novelist and Professor of English, explores

the writing process with us. Afterwards, the celebrated

author will treat us to a book-signing of some of his works.

5:00 PM Open Forum with Lycoming College WISE Interns


(Jane Schultz Room)

Twenty-one of Lycoming College’s finest students are

doing internships in the Williamsport area this summer.

They will share with us how these opportunities came

about and how they will impact their future careers.

Lori Lyons, Career Advisor, and Kristin Laudenslager,

Lycoming College alumna and Career Advisor, will host this

event and the dinner to follow.

7:00 PM SLIME TIME! (Heim 220 and 241)


Dr. Jeremy Ramsey, Professor of Chemistry, invites you

to this hands-on experience of making slime from glue.

This workshop’s goals are twofold: learning about how

chemical factors impact the formation of polymers, and

having fun!

8:30 PM Pool and Recreation Time!


Head over to the Keiper Recreation Center and use those

facilities that have been opened for you including the

courts, track, and cardio room. Also open? The Lamade

Gymnasium pool.
