Determining Your Costs
Your award notification outlines your financial aid eligibility and provides you with an idea of what it will cost you to attend Lycoming.
In addition to direct, billable expenses, other items that are used to estimate a student's total cost to attend Lycoming College are:
- Books: $1000 (estimate)
- Transportation: $1000 (estimate)
- Personal Expenses: $1000 (estimate)
Books and supplies, personal expenses and transportation costs will not appear on the college bill, but these estimates should provide a reasonable expectation of your out-of-pocket expenses. Actual amounts will depend on the courses you take, your personal spending habits, and the distance between Lycoming and your home.
We recommend that you plan for your entire academic year expenses at one time, although you will be billed for each semester separately.

When considering a financing option, decide if you are interested in a monthly payment plan, a loan, or a combination of both.
