Since 1968, it has been a tradition for each Lycoming College senior class to make a
gift to the College upon graduation. Nearly $2,500 was raised through fundraisers and
outright donations from members of the Class of 2012. President James and Emily Douthat made a contribution
toward the purchase of the class gift, the bicentennial plaque installed on the outside of the Academic Center.
