Robert Schuller "Hour of Power" program can be seen at 9
a.m. Sunday morning on WNEP-TV.
The
Crystal Cathedral was designed by Philip Johnson and his partner
John Burgee. The sanctuary seats 2, 890 persons and over 1,000
singers and instrumentalists can perform in the 185-foot long
chancel area.
The Lycoming College Tour Choir sang in the
cathedral in 1998, but not at the televised service. The Choir was
chosen for the honor after submitting a CD of its music.
The 43-member group is chosen by competition
audition from Lycoming College's larger 115 member choir.###
