Williamsport Merchants & Business Association is hosting College ShoppingDay on Thursday, Dec. 4. Students and employees with Lycoming College  ID who shop downtown on Dec. 4 will be eligible for discounts and special offers -such as free gift wrapping - from participating downtown merchants.

Don't forget to take your Lycoming College ID card - and don't be shy about asking what discounts apply when you enter a particular store downtown on Thursday.

Free refreshments will be offered for evening shoppers from 5-7 p.m. Free, two-hour parking at the street meters (not in parking lots) will be available beginning at 11 a.m.

College Shopping Day is open to students and employees of Lycoming College and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Enjoy this opportunity to shop
