Master Sgt. Michelle Sullivan of Montoursville, a member of the 378 Corps Support Battalion of the U.S. Army Reserve, presents Dr. James E. Douthat, President of Lycoming College, with a flag that was flown over Camp Commando in Kuwait. The flag was flown over the camp in honor of Lycoming College on May 11, 2003, the day of the College’s Commencement.

Msg. Sullivan, a member of the Lycoming College Advancement Staff, has been stationed in Kuwait since February 2003. The mother of three is home on a 15-day leave before returning to Kuwait.
