Note: F.C. Pandel came to American in 1854.  He took courses at Union Seminary in New Berlin, and served for a few years as their instructor in French.  After 1866 he was a farmer in the Rossville PA area, served as a local pastor, and remained active in the affairs of the Conference.

Note:  This may be the infamous Florida Passmore [aka Frank F. Passmore] who was admitted to the Colorado Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1888 and expelled from the ministry in 1896.  He was a fiery evangelist whose anti-alcohol and anti-establishment (particularly Methodist leaders) rhetoric brought him many enemies inside and outside the church.

Note: The obituary of A.C.
