CONFERENCE CALL

  • With the first caller on line
  • Press Transfer button
  • With the 2nd caller on line
  • Press Conf. button.

BROKER CONFERENCE CALL

  • First caller on line
  • press Transfer button
  • 2nd caller/consulting caller on line
  • Press Transfer button
  • Press Transfer to go back and forth.

SPEED DIAL

  • Press Feature (do not lift handset)
  • press desired speed button
  • dial number
  • press Feature.

SPEED DIAL PLUS TRANSFER

  • Press Feature button
  • press desired speed button
  • press Recall button
  • enter number
  • press Feature button.

CALL FORWARDING
SCROLL KEY  is the 4th  "black" button at the top - located directly under the display)
FDA (forward calls to an other extension)
  • Lift handset
  • press Scroll key
  • select FDA
  • press key underneath
  • enter extension
  • hang up. 

Cancel - lift handset, press Key underneath FDA

 FDB- (forward calls to a person if your
         line is busy)
  • Lift handset
  • press Scroll key
  • select FDB
  • press key underneath
  • enter extension
  • hang up. 
FDN - (no answer - call is routed after 4 rings)
  • Lift handset
  • press Scroll key
  • select FDN
  • press key underneath
  • enter extension
  • hang up.
 FORWARD YOUR EXTENSION FROM ANOTHER OFFICE TO THAT OFFICE

To set:
     *3  plus your extension

To cancel:
     # 3

ADJUST VOLUME  AND  RINGER TONE
Feature Key - Do not lift handset

Press 2  -- adjust volume
Press 2  -- adjust volume
Press 3  -- to adjust tone (select ringer tone)
Press 3  -- to adjust tone
Press 3  -- to adjust tone
Press 4  -- to adjust handset volume
    (transmission receiving of caller)
Press toddler key (up or down arrow)
    (key located next to  redial & speaker
    keys)

ADJUST DISPLAY CONTRAST, SPEAKER/RECEIVER VOLUME, AND RINGER VOLUME:

Toddler  - (key located bottom of phone, alongside of redial & speaker buttons)
Contrast - press up or down arrow   while idle.
Speaker/Receiver Volume  - press up or down arrow during conversation.
Ringer Volume - press up or down arrow during ringing.
MIC - must be on for Voice Mail

Do not lift handset.

  • Press key underneath MIC (refer to Soft
    Keys plus Scroll key steps listed below
    or
  • Feature # 1 (press Feature -do not lift
    handset- press 1)
 REDIAL (system stores the last 5 numbers dialed and will redial the desired number)
  • Press Redial until desired number appears on the display. 
  • Press  *
DND key:  is also programmed as a separate key.  Located above the
numeric keys.  

To set: press  DND    
To cancel: press  DND

SOFT KEYS PLUS SCROLL KEY

Keys appear directly underneath the display.

1,2,3 are the  soft keys ( to select DND,FDB,FDN,MIC)

4 - is the scroll key (must lift handset), this key
brings up the options listed on the line above.

VOICE MAIL MESSAGES

The “MW” (message waiting) light, upper right hand corner of the phone, will be lit.
