Multi-Button Phones Reference Guide

Conference Call

  • First caller on line: press the Transfer button
  • Second caller on line: press the Conf. button
  • Broker Conference Call

  • First caller on line: press the Transfer button
  • Second caller/consulting caller on line: press the Transfer button
  • Press Transfer to go back and forth.
  • Speed Dial

  • Press Feature (do not lift handset)
  • Press desired speed button
  • Dial the number
  • Press Feature
  • Speed Dial Plus Transfer

  • Press the Feature button
  • Press the desired speed button
  • Press the Recall button
  • Enter the number
  • Press the Feature button

  • CALL FORWARDING

    NOTE: The SCROLL KEY is the fourth "black" button at the top (located directly under the            display).

    FDA (forward calls to another extension)

  • Lift the handset
  • Press the Scroll key
  • Select FDA
  • Press the key underneath
  • Enter the extension
  • Hang up
  • To Cancel: lift the handset and press the key underneath FDA
  • FDB (forward calls to a person if your line is busy)

  • Lift the handset
  • Press the Scroll key
  • Select FDB
  • Press the key underneath
  • Enter the extension
  • Hang up
  • FDN (no answer - call is routed after 4 rings)

  • Lift the handset
  • Press the Scroll key
  • Select FDN
  • Press the key underneath
  • Enter the extension
  • Hang up
  • Forward Your Extension From Another Office

  • To Set: Press *3 and your extension
  • To Cancel: Press 3
  • Adjust Volume and Ringer Tone

  • Do not lift the handset
  • To adjust volume: Press 2
  • To adjust tone (select ringer tone): Press 3
  • To adjust handset volume: Press 4
  • Press the toddler key (up or down arrow located next to redial and speaker keys)
  • Adjust Display Contrast, Speaker/Receiver Volume, and Ringer Volume

  • Toddler: the key located at the bottom of the phone, alongside of redial and speaker buttons
  • Contrast: Press the up or down arrow while idle
  • Speaker/Receiver Volume: Press the up or down arrow during the conversation
  • Ringer Volume: Press up or down arrow during ringing
  • MIC (must be one for Voice Mail)

  • Do not lift the handset.
  • Press the key underneath MIC (refer to Soft Keys plus Scroll key steps listed below OR
  • Feature #1: (do not lift handset) Press Feature and then press 1
  • Redial (the system sores the last 5 numbers dialed and will redial the desired number)

  • Press Redial until the desired number appears on the display
  • Press *
  • DND (is also programmed as a separte key located above the numeric keys)

  • To set: Press DND
  • To cancel: Press DND
  • Soft Keys Plus Scroll Key (keys appear directly underneath the display)

  • The soft keys are: 1, 2, 3 (use to select DND, FDB, FDN, MIC)
  • The scroll key: 4 (you must lift the handset - brings up the options listed on the line above)
  • Voice Mail Messages

  • The "MW" (message waiting) light in the upper corner of the phone will be lit.
