International education experiences are exciting, but they do require that both Lycoming College and participating students attend to additional responsibilities that extend beyond traditional campus-based coursework. A key aspect of the mission of the Center for Enhanced Academic Experiences is our commitment to the health and safety of students participating in international education experiences. To achieve this mission, we work in close consultation with the Offices of Student Life, Health Services, Counseling Services, Safety and Security, and the Academic Resource Center to provide holistic institutional support for students, faculty, and staff participating in global education experiences.

Just as the College is committed to the health and safety of students, we likewise expect that students take responsibility for reducing risk associate with international travel through following campus and host program policies and following the laws specific to countries visited.
