Organization Website Request Form

Organizations requesting a website must complete and submit the following form. Once received and approved, the Office of Student Programs and Leadership Development will provide the organization with an URL, login, and password information. It is important that organizations read and understand the Student Organization Website Guidelines. If you have any questions regarding the Request Form or the Student Organization Website Guidelines, contact the Office of Student Programs and Leadership Development, 321-4118 or stuprograms@lycoming.edu.
