The following students have consented to exchange their meal for a special dinner or food, in conjunction with a school sponsored event. The students realize that they WILL NOT be allowed to eat in the dining hall during that meal.

Your private dining room guest list must be completed and returned to Sodexho, Box 151, a MINIMUM OF SEVEN  (7) DAYS prior to the event.  Failure to return completed form MAY result in a cancellation of the event.
