LYCOMING WOMEN’S TENNIS FALLS TO FDU-FLORHAM

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Lycoming College women’s tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to FDU-Florham, Saturday afternoon. The Warriors fall to 3-2 overall and 2-1 within the conference. The Devils improve to 6-1 overall.

Heidi von Schwedler (Sr./Tannersville, Pa.; Pocono Mountain) and Josemar Castillo (So./Maracaibo, Venezuela; Claret and Muncy) accounted for Lycoming’s lone point with an 8-6 victory at number one doubles.

The Warriors are in action again Monday evening when they host Wilkes University to complete a match that was suspended due to rain last Thursday afternoon.
